A Charlottesville resident since the age of two, Maureen is a co-founder of Hegarty and Peery Real Estate Partners and brings over 16 years of experience to the team. Maureen received her bachelor of fine arts from Radford University and prior to her real estate career, taught a variety of curriculums in local schools, most notably art at Free Union County School, for nearly two decades. Herself a talented artist, Maureen is largely responsible for directing the team's outstanding marketing and divides her free time between her family including her puppies, Wilbur and Orville, and the restoration of her Albemarle County Farm House.
